Enjoy this delicious and Luck of the Irish Shamrock Cookie Cake. Each cookie cake measures 5.75 inches wide x 4.75 inches long and serves 1-2 people. The cookie cake has two layers of sugar cookie with a layer of buttercream in between. The top layer is decorated with shades of green and white buttercream. Gold sprinkles and tinker dust add that special bling to the cookie. For a special touch, I am teaming up with All Wrapped Up - Personalized Parties to add in a lucky pot’o gold at the end of a rainbow to the cookie.
